What is organizing?

Organizing isn't all about getting rid of things but rather creating and implementing systems and strategies to keep things organized so you can find the things you need, when you need them.

It is also about the function of a space – not just how it looks. Can you find things when you want to find them? Does the space work for you? Very often, small changes can yield big results.

What is clutter?

”Clutter is the stuff that gets between you and the life you want to be living” says Peter Walsh, organizer extraordinaire, author and TV personality. Being organized will not only save you time, but will also save you money because you’ll know where things are and not accidentally go out and buy more!

Less stuff means less to clean! What better reason is there to get organized and get rid of the things you don’t want or use anymore?

About Linda

My name is Linda Garmon. I currently live in Natick, MA and in Massachusetts my whole life – therefore the “wicked” in Wicked Good Organizing is a nod to my roots.

I love to organize and find great satisfaction helping others. I take a common sense approach and will help you find places to put things with simple systems and creative ideas.

I started my business working under an established organizer to hone my skills. I decided to become an organizer when I became an empty-nester and started cleaning out things in my own house I didn’t need after my two daughters left home. I have also been helping my elderly mother going through everything that has accumulated in her home of more than 55 years.
